Mama Llama Costume Contest 2017

Happy Candy Hangover Day, everybody!

I hope you had a Happy Halloween. We had a lot of fun making our costumes this year, but it ended up raining and I turned into a momzilla so we stayed home, watched Halloween cartoons, made a Halloween treat, and the girls trick-or-treated to our bedroom door where they got Nerds, marshmallows, pretzels, and peanuts (clearly we need to go grocery shopping).

It turned out to be an okay night after all was said and done, but I felt super guilty about how I had acted. A lot of the times I don't know whether my emotions are from pregnancy or if I really am this big of a jerk. Public apology to my family and anyone else who's incurred the wrath of Melissa as of late. We're going trick-or-treating next year and I'm going to be nice. And hopefully not pregnant.

You're all amazing and creative and I applaud you for your hard work and bravery! I had a hard time picking this year (I really did. Not just saying that to be nice. It was DIFFICULT!) but, in the end I had to go with the one that made me laugh so hard I almost peed.

Thank you again to everyone who entered! I genuinely love Halloween and am so glad that we were able to keep the contest going this year! I hope to see you all next year!
